You are about to sign up for an account on the Maximillian Workflows platform. This will enable you to create users, create wizards and create workflows. Your users will be able to register for an account and execute the workflows you create. You will also have access to the tutorial materials which will show you how to customise the account to suit your needs. But first let us go over the pricing structure for the basic account.
We charge a monthly subscription fee.
£100.00 / month
We charge a data collection fee for each wizard that is completed on the platform.
£1.00 / unit
We charge a processing fee for any executed process that does not incur a data collection fee.
Some processes such as sending emails, or processing payments may incur a cost to execute. We normally charge a processing fee to execute these processes. But when they execute as a part of a process that incurs the data collection fee, we waive the processing fee. All of this is outlined in our terms and conditions.
We offer many additional features and services. These include domain name registration, materials development, integration with email gateways (MTAs) and a great deal more. If you require anything beyond the basic account, please complete the enquiry wizard.
We will not share any information you supply in this questionnaire with any third parties.
At all times it must be clear that Maximillian Workflows is a platform provider and not affiliated with your business in any way. When you request auto-enrolment, you will not have your own domain or email provider and as such the domain names used bear our identity. We therefore require links to be present at the bottom all web pages that make it clear that we perform web hosting and that that is the limit of our involvement. These are the so-called 'powered by' links. If you wish to remove these marks, then you must commission your own materials and your own domain.
